INSTITUTIONAL ACTION PLAN FOR FEDERAL COLLOGE OF AGRICULTURE, AKURE
OBJECTIVES:
1. To bring to the awareness of our staff the Web 2.0 tools for information retrieval, sharing and collaboration

2. To train academic staff on Collaborative article editting.

3. To train academic staff on social networking tools for linkages and connection with professional.

How I intend to achieve achieve my objective

Objective 1: through seminar on basics of Web 2.o for development
Objective 2: Through training on use of google document: for use in colllaborating with authors, journal reviewer and colleagues
Objective 3: Through training on the use of social media for assessing links for seminars, international conferences and training.

Time Table
 Program of event to run for 3-days (October 19-21,2010)
Event day 1(OCT 19): Introduction to the concept of web 2.o using CTA materials
Event day 2(Oct 20): Training on use of google doc.
Event day 3(Oct 21): Training on use of social media tools
